Wed, 25 Aug 2010 22:06:18 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.0.1 {100 mph} http://www.marieq.com/blog/2009/11/19/100-mph/ http://www.marieq.com/blog/2009/11/19/100-mph/#comments Thu, 19 Nov 2009 16:41:18 +0000 admin http://www.marieq.com/blog/?p=605 Hey!  A little update here.  I feel like I’ve been going 100 mph.  The holiday season always starts early at Marie Q.  We are busy designing Custom Christmas Cards for all of our many families and kids.  Working hard on making sure no two are alike and that everyone gives a card worth saving.  I went to photograph a newborn yesterday and my client pulled out a card from three years ago that she had received from a friend.  It was one of my designs and she said she wanted something similar.  It makes me feel good that we are producing something that people hold onto for years.

I’m getting lots of calls about missed Boo @ Marie Q Picture pickups.  Along with the current call volume its been  hard to return all the calls.  No worries I haven’t thrown away any pics.  Just stop by to pick it up.

I am going to be closed starting Saturday and all of next week.  I wish I could say it was for fun reasons, but my daughter is having surgery on Saturday and she will be in recovery all week.  I’ve had to keep a few appointments due to scheduling but I won’t be in the studio at all next week with the exception of those appointments.

Hoping I can get some major catching up done over the week off.  Who knows, maybe I’ll even post some of my favorite pictures from the past month.fb heller-9485

So here is the preview from the studio light bustin’ session.  We had so much fun blasting the music and singing along!  Now when I look at these I hear Taylor Swift.
