If you are a cook, chef, wanna be,  you know what this is.  Magic is supposed to happen in these.  I’m one of those snobs you may have run across in the past.  For sure I am a camera snob, I’ve been told I’m a car snob, and I’m working my way to being a kitchen snob.  For years I’ve entered a store and stared at these.  They intimidated me, they scared me.  I wondered if they had lay-a-way, if they had instructions on how to take care of it.

Now that I have it, I have no idea what to do with it.  So I took a picture of it  If you know my family- everything and everyone has a nickname.  My lens Harold, my car Mr. Big, my 7.25 qt French Oven has been given the name The Beast by my husband.  I think I’ll just stare at it some more.  It’s just so pretty.
