I am so excited to say that for the second year in a row Ellis County Living Magazine has chosen one of my pictures to grace the Wedding Issue cover. As I proudly exclaimed last year, this is such an honor for me. When I first opened the studio, the Wedding Issue was the first Living Magazine issue that I received here. I scoured the inside and looked at that cover and I knew that the cover was going to be mine one day. I opened this business on a shoe string and a prayer not even imagining a small glimpse of what it would become. It is still a dream come true for me and I am so very glad I had the courage to open these doors. I hope Living Magazine is a foundation of future work to come. With some big weddings coming up in 2010, I know I will be submitting photos to larger publications such as The Knot and Grace Ormonde. If I ever make it into Grace Ormonde, we will surely be having a BIG party to celebrate because I think that is the ULTIMATE wedding magazine.Until then, I celebrate all the baby steps along the way!
